Features

• Excellent electrical performance: The cross-linked polyethylene insulation layer ensures the stable operation of the cable under high voltage, with excellent insulation properties. 
• High mechanical strength: The steel tape armor layer enables the cable to withstand considerable mechanical stress, making it suitable for complex laying environments such as direct burial and conduit installation. 
• Excellent heat resistance: The XLPE insulation layer enables the cable to operate for a long time at high temperatures, and the short-term overload temperature can reach 130ºC. 
• Strong corrosion resistance: The PVC sheath has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and is suitable for various environments. 
• Strong pressure resistance: The steel tape armor layer enables the cable to withstand significant external pressure, making it suitable for underground direct burial installation.

Construction    

Conductor	Utilizes multi-strand twisted aluminum core to enhance flexibility and tensile strength.
Insulation	Made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), it offers high insulation resistance and low dielectric loss, and can operate at a long-term temperature of up to 90ºC.
Inner sheath	There is a PVC inner sheath outside the insulation layer, which further enhances the insulation protection.
Armour layer	It is equipped with a double-layer steel tape armor, which provides mechanical strength and prevents the cable from being damaged by mechanical forces during installation or operation.
Outer sheath	The outer layer is a PVC outer sheath, providing additional mechanical protection and resistance to environmental corrosion.
