Construction
 
Conductor The conductors of BV wires are made of high-purity oxygen-free copper (OFC) or copper alloys, featuring excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The conductor can be a single strand of hard copper wire or multiple strands of soft copper wire. Single-strand hard copper wire is suitable for fixed installation, while multi-strand soft copper wire is more suitable for occasions that require frequent bending.
 Insulation The insulation layer of BV wires is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, which has excellent insulation performance, heat resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. The thickness of the insulation layer is determined by the specifications and standard requirements of the wire, usually ranging from 0.6mm to 1.2mm. The insulating layer not only prevents current leakage but also protects the conductor from mechanical damage and environmental influences.
